I truly believe we’re the creators of our own life experiences. We may not control everything that happens to us, but we can choose how we feel and how we move through it.
When we stopped by this beautiful lake near Munich, I was battling a cold and allergies. But choosing to lean into the joy of nature, its shimmering teal waters and sunlit grass shifted everything. As I painted, I felt it all… and slowly, I forgot what was even bothering me.
